The City of New York Commission to Investigate Allegations of Police Corruption and Anti-Corruption Procedures of the Police Department was informally known as The Mollen Commission after the commission chair, Judge Milton Mollen.
The Commission was appointed by David Dinkins, who was Mayor of New York at the time. This collection includes official typed verbatim transcripts of 4 days of public hearings.
