Collection Description
The Wallace Collection on NYC Fires Collection represents research carried out by Rodrick and Deborah Wallace on fires, fireengine and ladder companies and response times to fires in NYC from the 1970’s to the 1990’s.Their research resulted in several reports, articles and books on the topic some of which were disseminated through their organization, Public Interest Scientific Consulting Service.
